Who and where we are About Newlands Volunteering Fundraising
|
24th February is a year to the day that
Wayne had his stroke. His challenge is
to complete the 200 mile ride in 10 days or less. “Wayne was living an ordinary life before having two
strokes last year. The last one was on 24th Feb and has left
him disabled. After months of therapy, he has to move in to Newlands House
and use a wheelchair. He starts exercising on the bike in
physiotherapy. He gets stronger every day and finds he can now do 10
miles a day. He now plans to set himself a goal and fundraise for
Newlands House. His challenge is to cycle 200 miles in 10 days or less
and you can sponsor him at: http://www.justgiving.com/wayne-bryan.
Thank you.” If you want more information or want
